Lisa M. Helmick, DO, FACOOG, is a dedicated and experienced OB/GYN who specializes in obstetrics and gynecologic surgery. Since joining Associated Obstetrics and Gynecology, in 2009, she has been committed to providing comprehensive care to women in Bloomfield Hills and Clarkston, Michigan.
Initially from metro Detroit, Dr. Helmick pursued her education at Albion College in Michigan for her undergraduate studies and at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing for her medical degree. She completed her residency at Michigan State University and has remained deeply connected to her community.
Dr. Helmick is actively involved in the medical community, currently serving on the Advisory Board for Obstetrics and Gynecology at St Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital. She is renowned for her expertise in gynecologic surgery, particularly in minimally invasive techniques such as robotic surgery, which she utilizes to enhance patient outcomes and quality of life.
